SEND support (Local Offer)

We provide personal assistants to support people with physical/learning disabilities with personal care, general support at home, access to the community and respite support for their families.

Suitable for

  • Visual and/or hearing impediment
  • Older people
  • Dementia
  • Physical disabilities
  • Mental health/acquired brain injury
  • Autism
  • Learning difficulties
